materials needed-- kernel oil, the stem of white cocoyam, cent-leave( locally called ALULU_ISI)
method----------- peel off the green part of the cocoyam stem to get the white formy mesocarpo
slice them into smaller parts.
get the cent leave and join =, join it to the chopped cocoyam stem
wrapp the two items together with a plantain leave,
place it beside the fire for about 10minutes.
after 10minutes, bring it out and grind or blend the two to paste.
put it in a container and add the kernel oil to it.
cover and keep
how to apply:
anytime you wana ease ya self and you notice thelkarge intestineis out again, take the container of the mixture and rub the mixture on your toilet tissue, bring it closer to where the pile is,
apply it lightly at the pile end before it goes inside.
do this 3 to 4 times in a week.
